About Reggio General Contracting
Reggio General Contracting is run by a group of dedicated tradesmen specifically in Residential Renovations and Construction.
Roman Reggio has been in the home improvement industry for over 20 years.
Roman started in the painting industry at the age of 17, He was lucky to become part of a company of painters that were truly professionals, that took pride in their work and also had a European influence in their technique. Roman soon acquired these skills as well and it led him to some prestigious high-end custom homes. Roman was also part of Meritview Decorating that worked on Jim Caruk’s TV show Real Reno’s for HGTV.
Roman enjoys working with clients to improve their homes both on the interior and exterior. He brings professionalism to any space, both large and small. Roman is now the sales/customer service and coordinator for Reggio General Contracting he has united a group of tradesman who provide the same high-quality standard and attention to detail to ensure complete satisfaction. ​

Our Process

Once you confirm that our estimated consulting fee aligns with your budget, we’ll schedule a comprehensive consultation. During this session, we’ll review your ideas, budget, and timelines, and provide expert advice on design options, materials, and trades. You’ll receive a detailed consulting proposal and project plan outlining our scope of support and next steps.

Step 3: Coordination & Project Scheduling
After you approve your proposal, we’ll begin coordinating your project schedule. We’ll work with your selected trades or help you source trusted professionals. Our team ensures every stage—from quoting to completion—is properly organized and aligned with your timeline and budget. A clear progress and communication schedule will also be established.
Step 4: Ongoing Project Management
We’re with you through every stage of the process. Your dedicated Project Manager will oversee coordination between trades, monitor progress, and ensure all work meets your specifications. Weekly updates or on-site check-ins keep you informed and confident that your project is running smoothly.
Step 5: Budget Oversight & Financial Guidance
We understand every project has financial boundaries. Our consulting service includes budget management support—helping you control costs, review quotes, and allocate funds effectively. We can also connect you with trusted financial partners or provide strategies for cost-effective solutions within your budget.
Step 6: Completion Review & Client Satisfaction
Once your renovation is completed, we’ll conduct a final review and walkthrough to ensure your expectations have been met. You’ll receive a post-project summary with recommendations for future maintenance and improvements. Sit back and enjoy the results of a well-managed, expertly guided renovation.
